I am part of the Employee Services team, handling the HR operational activities for the entire Mumbai location (2 nodes). My Responsibilities include On boarding & Orientation of new recruits, SAP management, Salary Processing, Leave & Attendance, Transfer, Deputation, Employee Benefits, Exit formalities, Designing & Implementation of new policies, etc.

Project Title: " Statutory Compliances in Human Resource Management: A Case Study of Crompton Greaves”Objectives of the Project are as follows: - To study various labour laws applicable to manufacturing industry. - To conduct the project as a case study on the various labour laws and bye laws applicable to M/s. Crompton Greaves and their compliances by the company. - To examine relevant court cases.

I was responsible for the Human Resource department for the Mumbai office & Vapi factory taking care of joining, leave & attendance, performance management,recruitment, exit formalities, training, HR audit, salary computation,etc. I used to also take care of the Guest Relation, the General Administration and the Print Promotion in magazines, etc. for the Mumbai Branch.
