My role leads research and design for services, products and experiences where interdisciplinary teams take thoughtful risks in exploring complex questions. My role is to bring the right people together, to ask the right questions, to understand the right problems, and then collectively imagine what can be possible when we are moving in tandem. I'm a cross sectional professional, with extensive experience leading both corporate and social sector projects to meet business, creative and impact objectives. Seeing someone's experience reflected in the services and products I help to design is what I love most.
