Handles 2 parts at a time to achieve cycle time of 55 sec/part- Twin Axis Universal Milling Head for a floor boring machine. I manage the design work for all the three companies.- Inspecting client’s architectural drawings and visiting client’s site to take measurements- Providing the client with shop drawings to sign off, the drawings include the dimensions, material and finish of the gate/turntable- Developing detailed manufacturing drawings with a bill of materials and cutting layout to help the fabricators optimally use material while manufacturing- Preparing installation drawings to assist installers fit the gate/turntable on site- Cutting material for fabrication staff and helping out in the factory whenever necessary

This was my first job after my Bachelors.- Designed and modelled a 15-kW solar panel support structure; optimised the design through structural and wind load analysis; produced the manufacturing drawings and the 15 kW Solar Power Generator setup has been functional since 2016- Designed a common coolant tank model to be used for two different Special Purpose Machines (SPM) for the automotive sector.- Modelled and detailed a car turbo bush pressing machine for an automobile company- Modelled a Flue Gas Heat Extraction System of a Steel Mill

The primary objective is to advance space technology by solid rocket production, testing and satellite launching.- Conceptualised a mechanism for coating axis-symmetric objects (parts of a rocket) like nose cone with the given high viscous polymer composite material at a programmable thermal environment. - In the process, ten alternate design options were arrived at and scientifically the optimum design was chosen by using Relative Merit Analysis (RMA) technique.- Modelled, Analysed and Prepared Manufacturing drawings of the coating mechanism using Solidworks and Ansys software.

Hyundai Motors India Limited is the second largest automobile manufacturer in India producing 600,000 units per annum. I primarily worked in the Transmission assembly line.- Improved the productivity of the car transmission assembly line by suggesting modifications in assembly tooling. - Revised existing jigs for the gear dismantling machine in the repair/rework section reducing the number of jigs from 17 to 7- Designed a durable snap ring tool which helps insert the fasteners on to different size shafts- Redesigned a mallet that helps technicians install the oil guide seal without damaging it
