Sportski zid (Sports Wall) is an E-commerce project that allows users to showcase their favorite sports moments through unique self-adhesive designs. As one of the founders of Sportski Zid, I contributed to the project in the following ways:· Developing the business plan and facilitating the business development of the project.· Creating and developing the marketing and sales strategy.· Managing the marketing efforts, including leading a team of two individuals, creating social media strategies and plans (TikTok and Instagram), video editing, design work, content planning, campaign and marketing action ideation, paid advertising, and community marketing.· Handling the overall project finances.· Communicating with partners, including devising deals and proposals.· Overseeing the project management process.Sportski Fid (Sports Feed) is the first Serbian Sports Talk Show. It covers current topics in a two-part format. The first part features two hosts discussing current issues in five different segments, while the second part is a podcast-style format where a guest joins each episode for a conversation, along with two specific segments. Some of the guests we have hosted include Nemanja Kojić, Jovan Simić, Strahinja Ćalović, etc. In the Sportski Fid project, I participated in the following ways:· Created the entire show and all its segments.· Developing the Marketing and Sales strategy.· Creating partnership offerings and packages, and communicating with partners.· Communicating with guests to coordinate their participation and ensure a smooth experience on the show.· Wrote all the content for 8 episodes.· Edited 8 episodes for YouTube format, with a minimum duration of an hour and a half each via CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro· Edited specific short content for TikTok and Instagram Reels via CapCut· Managing a team of two members in creating short-form content and creating and managing a publishing calendar for social media platforms via Notion

http://estiem.org.rs/magazin/I was the initiator of the part of the portal called ESTIEM Magazine and its main implementer. In cooperation with the IT committee, I designed the layout of the magazine, added a section to the site. I designed three categories of the magazine: travelogue, news and blog, and later a fourth one was created - interviews. I wrote initial 3 blogs, 3 interviews and over 20 news.I founded a team for preparing the Magazine consisting of 3 members, trained them, organized the work method and the way of publishing texts. I maintained contact with the authors and, in a way, my function was of an editor’s.

Be a Project Manager for 5 Days is a 7-day seminar, in which participants, members of ESTIEM, have the opportunity to experience what it is like to be in the skin of a Project Manager. The event consists of workshops, panels, company visits, case studies and all this results in the presentation of the project plan of the participants, which they have been working on since the beginning of the event. The general partner of the event is Delhaize Serbia, and the other partners are ManpowerGroup Serbia and IKEA. The main educational partner is IPMA Serbia. The project was later declared the ESTIEM Service Event of the Year, and all participants assigned the project a maximum grade in the evaluation.As a Project Leader, I led a team of 7 coordinators and an organizational team of 34 people. With the coordinators, I created the whole concept of the event, arranged the tasks, followed their work and the work of their teams. I was in communication with all project stakeholders, with the Executive Board, financial and educational partners. Participated in every part of the project. Controlled the preparation and implementation of the project, was in communication with the team at the central level of the organization in charge of this project.

As the leader of the committee, I was responsible for a team of 25 people, I participated in the strategic work, I organized and held courses in the field of Marketing and PR, I organized and contributed to operating the social media, for instance by creating a strategic plan for them (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), I was in charge of coming up with and carrying out the promo for the admission of new members, I came up with a new work method for the committee, I monitored the members’ activity and I collaborated with the Executive Board. I contributed to project promotion and promoted the organization’s sponsors, I was in touch with the media sponsors and other organizations.

I was a part of a small team in organizing an event for ESTIEM regional leaders. I was in charge of providing everything necessary for the stay of participants from all over Europe for 7 days in Belgrade (hostel, catering, workspace, constructing the agenda, communication with partners ...).

SkyHighGrowth is a B2B pre-sales company, which helps customers grow their business by improving their sales, decision making and finding customers.In the position of a Research Agent, I had the opportunity to generate leads, fill in their data in the spreadsheet, assess whether companies are suitable for clients, manage data in databases.

While a member of the PR Committee, I was in touch with certain media and other student organizations. In addition to this, I participated in running ESTIEM’s social media accounts.

Europe 3D is a seminar which gives its attendees an insight into the host-country in three dimensions – politics, economy and culture. I was in charge of the Marketing&PR Team, which consisted of four people. As a member of the Coordinators’ Team, I participated in creating the concept of the project and all of the activites in the making and duration of the project. As a team leader, I trained the members, held practices, passed my knowledge on, comunicated with previous year’s Executive Boards of LG Belgrade and the leaders of the PR Committee at the central level of ESTIEM. I collaborated with the Design Team on the creation of the visual identity of the project, and with the PR Team, I designed and conducted online promotion (on Facebook and Instagram), created the promo video, organized the photoshoot, wrote the text for the announcements press releases and organized the contacting of relevant media…

FitPass Days of Sports is a local project held by ESTIEM LG Belgrade. It is of athletic-competitive, entertaining and humanitarian nature. Contestants have the opportunity to participate in group and individual sports. For this project, I had the chance to work in Photoshop and Illustrator. I was responsible for creating the visual identity of the entire project, designing and creating content for online promotion and preparation of the printed material (such as T-shirts, tarpaulins, ID cards, thank you notes, flyers, promo stand, posters etc.).

PR-CR School is an international project organized by ESTIEM (European Students of Industrial Engineering & Management). Members of ESTIEM have the chance to expand their knowledge in the field of Public and Corporate Relations through seminars, over the course of 7 days.As a member of the PR team, I was responsible for creating a teaser campaing, online promotion (on Facebook), coming up with the promo video, photoshooting all of the organizational team members, writing copies, articles etc. about the event and public announcements.

I worked on projects entitled USF Gaming Fair and Charity Sports Tournament as a member of the Corporate Relations Team. I was responsible for reaching financial and in-kind sponsorships, maintaining communication with sponsors and providing letters of institutional support.
