Currently, serve as Deputy Administrator for Program Design at Department of Human Services - Self Sufficiency. Responsible for administering key program and administrative operations within Self Sufficiency Programs, and ensuring adherence to agency goals, legislative mandates, federal requirements and budgetary limitations.From 2015-2017, served as Sr. Manager of Direct Clinical Services for Multnomah County Health Department MHASD. Responsible for clinical services for children and families in the County including Wraparound, Care Coordination, Early Childhood, CARES NW, School Based Mental Health, and EASA (Early Assessment and Support Alliance).Served as Director of the Systems of Care Institute (SOCI) at Portland State University’s Center for Improvement of Child and Family Services. The work of SOCI is to develop and supervise extensive statewide and local workforce development programs designed to promote sustainable systems changes across child welfare, mental health, education, juvenile justice and other related systems. As Director, supervised multiple projects focused on strengthening services/supports for children, youth, adults and families.Prior to joining the Center in 2007, co-founded PSU’s Center for Healthy Inclusive Parenting (CHIP). CHIP provides training, consultation and technical assistance around effective strategies to strengthen services and supports to misrepresented and/or underrepresented populations. CHIP supports a number of state and local entities implement client centered, strength based service delivery model with an emphasis on sustainable, inter-disciplinary and systemic growth.
