Build & manage operations team

- Organization to make risk assessment for all work at terminal, involved the construction of safe work procedures- Monitoring of safety activities : site observation finding and feedback to relevant department to keep the activities in port work under safety and efficiency, avoid accidents happen- Training, safety training appropriate for each job position for employees and contractors working in terminal, ensuring the safety regulations and the environment is understood and compliance- Prepare monthly reports on safety and environmental activities, monitoring progress of implementation of these objectives (KPIs) planned completion- Establish Process / Guidance Jobs & improved process for matching reality.- To maintain and ensure compliance with ISO 28001 and ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001- Keep the programs and corporate requirements for safety and environmental protection are common and compliance

- Be responsible for managing all activities of operation in shift with top safety & security and high productivity. - Ensure operation plan running smoothly based on real situation of the shift and coordinate well with the team and concerned departments. - Develop and maintain positive customer and port relations by understanding customer needs, ensuring that yard, gate and marine personnel demonstrate customer service principles. - Ensure that all operating staff works effectively as a team with each other and with vendor’s employees. Ensures effective and regular communication and high employee morale. - Keep GM/ Director of Operation Dept. informed of current operational issues on a regular basis. Communicate and deal with any site operating issues to internal and external parties. - Raise up all issues during operation to GM/ Director of Operation Dept. and solution proposal. - Work closely with the Engineering Dept. to ensure that equipment are available and maintained at efficient and safe levels. - Ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency by assessing internal practices and procedures and by developing and executing appropriate plans. - Complete other tasks as assigned.

-Supervise vessel, yard and berth planning activities with due regard to safety, quality, productivity and optimum use of staff, equipment and space- Responsibility for controlling and planning the complete yard process in order to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency. Take the responsibility to supervise productive yard planning, with due consideration to load, discharge and road operation. Manage continuous process of yard integrity, while performing on-going space utilization analysis. Has responsibility on a daily basis for ensuring that the yard operation runs in a manner that achieves maximum productivity and efficiency, with 100% system integrity as it relates to equipment location : -Manage, motivate and instruct all planning team members. Structure tasks and goals, establish efficient courses of action, set priorities, organize information, efficiency execute daily tasks with considerations to high productivity and efficient utilization of equipment and labor.-Expert in using TOS - SPACRS & N4 (NAVIS), co-ordinate with IT team for fixing any raising troubles.

- Organization and Management all staffs working in container yard : training yard container skills, make roster schedule, establishing rules, work rules, coaching skills training for staff who work in container yard to ensure yard clerks have enough appropriate skills work requirements, adhere to good working rules and regulations- Make yard planning for export and import containers: arrange layout reasonable yard in order to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency. Take the responsibility to supervise productive yard planning, with due consideration to load, discharge and road operation. Manage continuous process of yard integrity, while performing on-going space utilization analysis. Has responsibility on a daily basis for ensuring that the yard operation runs in a manner that achieves maximum productivity and efficiency, with 100% system integrity as it relates to equipment location - Coordinate with relevant departments solve problems arising in yard- Expert in using TMS (Terminal Management System)

-Planning for the loading and discharging cargo onboard: work with chief officer for discharging/loading plan and matters arising-Management crane operator, stevedore, arrangement and equipment to handle cargo in effectively and safety- Supervise the handling cargo on the vessel, ensuring discharge/load cargo on schedule as planned-Coordinate with related department to solve any issues arising on duty
