- Optimize, simulate, and verify a broadband patch antenna design for low-frequency (below 200 MHz) application for global 21-cm cosmology using computational electromagnetic (CEM) software. - Optimize the electromagnetic & mechanical design for a broadband sinuous antenna (1-16 GHz) as well as a double ridged horn antenna (16-120 GHz) for the NRAO's Advanced Spectrum Monitoring Hardware (ASMH) prototype.- Design mechanical CAD components, and conduct CEM simulation and antenna range measurement for the Green Bank telescope 310-MHz feed assembly.- Developing in-situ antenna beam mapping technique using ORBCOMM satellites 137-MHz downlink signal as a probe for low-frequency antennas, such as one for the Hydrogen Epoch of Reionization Array (HERA).
