I am an experienced team-builder and technical artisan. I love assembling and guiding groups of creative experts that focus on achievement. Whether prototyping ideas or launching for the world, I enjoy getting a great team aligned on a common path. I have built successful R&D teams from the ground up, built new teams around an existing core group and been asked to transform underperforming departments.When the time calls for engineering, I am also a capable technologist in a wide-variety of areas; from server-side to web and mobile to vending machines and drones. My passion for technology reaches back to childhood and knows few boundaries of curiosity. From the back-end (data design and optimization), through the middle (Java, .NET, NodeJS, server-less, cloud, API design), and up to the user experience (Web, iOS, Android, Arduino) I have honed my craft in most every area of technical product delivery.
