- Successfully hosted the first UGAHacks Makeathon event for 250 attendees - Collaborated with a team of 28 organizers to create a safe UGAHacks 8 event for 600+ attendees, 12 sponsors, and 126 project submissions - Led a team of 6 to create UGAHacks 8 assets and promote UH8 through Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube- Scheduled weekly meetings for Marketing team and delegated weekly tasks for marketing organizers- Attended weekly Director meetings and updated other team directors on the weekly tasks that were completed as well as what tasks will be completed in the following week - Interacted with company sponsors, such as McKenney's, State Farm, Blackrock, HPCC Systems, and Brooksource, at the UGAHacks Makeathon and UGAHacks 8 events - Designed digital and physical graphics and flyers for event promotion - Constructed 20 3D printed and laser cut awards using the Makerspace on the UGA campus for the UGAHacks Makeathon event - Created assets for the UGAHacks Makeathon and UGAHacks 8 official website - Created and communicated an Experiential Learning packet for students at the University of Georgia, which lays out a set of requirements to complete in conjunction to submitting a coding project at the UGAHacks event that could be submitted and approved for graduation credit - Collaborated with and advised the Marketing, Logistics, Tech, and Sponsorship teams on the overall design of the UGAHacks events by assisting with the UGAHacks Makeathon and UGAHacks 8 Pre-Event Packet, Recap Packet, UGAHacks 8 general website, UGAHacks Makeathon website, UGAHacks 8 website, UGAHacks 8 trailer, UGAHacks 8 merch, UGAHacks Makeathon merch, and additional promotional and design choices for the overall events
