This role included responsibility for improvement of site operations at the Leeds facility and support for implementation at other Polestar sitesAlso during this work the site was upgraded with new capital equipment exceeding £50MM in value. Role included the establishment of a lean layout for the site maximising machine OEE and employee utlisation. Also required the establishment of best practice equipment care and standards using TPM and SMED techniques. -
