• Economist - Principal Investigator: I lead the impact evaluations of community-driven development programs in the Central African Republic, Angola, Burkina-Faso, Cambodia and India (Andhra Pradesh). I am in charge of the methodology, survey design and implementation, hiring of consultants for field supervision, data analysis, and results dissemination for these four projects.• Coordinator of the impact evaluation programs in Fragile States, and Local Governance: I was in charge of establishing the analytical content of these two programs. For the launch of the Fragile States program I organized a multi-country workshop with 80 participants where 14 World Bank project teams and 18 researchers attended. I was in charge of coordinating impact evaluations activities in 11 World Bank projects in 8 countries. I ensured that the impact evaluations have the necessary support (both from the government and the Bank) and resources to progress according to the established schedule. This includes preparing grant funding requests, recruiting consultants for field coordination, and being in constant contact with the operational team and principal investigator.
