• Analyzed and reported SARS-CoV-2 analysis data from naso-oropharyngeal samples using Reverse Transcriptase PCR on various instruments in an ISO 15189 Accredited BSL2 Lab.• Administrative tasks such as CAPA analysis, SmiNet reporting to the Folkhälsomyndigheten, inventory management, and client communication.• Trained 15 recruits in the RT-PCR workflow, GLP, preparing and validating master mix and assay controls.
