I completed my Masters in Accounting program from Seattle University and also have my Bachelors with a major in Business Administration and minor in Economics from University of Delhi. I currently work with Providence as an Accounting Analyst serving as a liaison between the US onshore team and offshore Grant Accounting team in India and Philippines, assisting the offshore team with grant project and award set ups, modification and monthly account reconciliation activities.I am passionate about Accounting and Finance and my last internship was with Andersen Tax in their Seattle office (State and Local Tax service line). I have previously volunteered with the IRS' VITA program and also have experience of industry side accounting as well as working at a startup from my prior internships in the US. All of these experiences have given me immense learning opportunities. I am proficient in English, Hindi, Punjabi and have also completed A1 level French course.
