Nitin serves as Senior Vice President at DLF Limited, spearheading the design of large-scale commercial mixed-use developments encompassing over 10+ million square feet.In his previous position at Brookfield Properties, Nitin contributed to sustainable project design and played a key role in the company's decarbonization strategy and broader ESG initiatives. As Director of Projects at Morphogenesis, he successfully delivered a diverse range of projects for leading Indian corporations and international clients across various sectors, including commercial offices, IT campuses, retail, healthcare, group housing, corporate offices, and master planning. With a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Environmental design from the Architectural Association (London), his focus is on bringing an integrated design approach to design in Real Estate. He has delivered projects which have a high level of technical documentation specialization with a keen focus on sustainability. He has authored various research papers focused on Net-Zero commercial buildings for international conferences like Passive and Low energy Architecture (PLEA). He actively participates in forums for discussion and discourse on architecture, sustainability and future of real estate. Apart from building and design experience he is also contributing to the field of Sustainable design education by being an active guest faculty and jury at Architectural Association, London, SPA Delhi and CCA Chandigarh.
