1. Working in an English speaking environment; 2. As in-house counsel in the legal department, handle legal matters regarding the business, give legal advice to other departments and other group companies in China;3. As a member of the corporate governance team, work with secretaries of each committees to hold committee meetings and board meetings, draft meeting minutes and resolutions accordingly;4. Drafting and making comments to corporate documents, applications, contracts, assess the legal feasibility of new business ideas and projects and prepare memoranda on legal topics; 5. Doing legal research on establishment of new companies, bank etc. based on instruction from HQ;6. Working with compliance team to manage issues raised by CBRC etc. regulatory authorities; 7. Doing other legal affairs as required by routine operations.

Worked as lawyer at Department of Banking, Financing and Capital Market, report to Senior Partner. 1. Legal service: Being legal counsel and provide legal service to China Development Bank, Bank of Beijing, China Everbright Bank, Citic Bank, KCB Bank, China Banking Association, China Insurance Security Fund Co., Ltd. and China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. etc. Be responsible for the contract censorship, daily consultation, lawsuit and training of consultation organizations (mainly financial organizations).Participate in the examination and assessment on China Development Bank’s global loan projects, issuing legal opinions on the examination and assessment and provide legal services for its overseas investment, draft the due diligence of investment environment, the financial environment research, the specific project review and so on; Issue legal opinions for direct financing instruments of over fifty financing institutions with Bank of Beijing as the initiator from and draft legal opinions on the trust project of housing loan securitization among securitization of credit assets; work closely with the Everbright bank's investment banking department, in the project development phase, provide prospective legal services, including due diligence, take over negotiation, asset replacement, etc.2. Daily workNegotiate with professors, lawyers, judges and regulatory officers to hold the negotiable instrument meeting, and draft meeting minutes accordingly, manage other work delegated to manage independently.

Work under the supervision of Legal Advocacy Coordinators with victims of abuse seeking legal remedies.Attend court hearings on cases relevant to domestic violence and sexual assault to monitor proceedings and compile reports.
