Since I began working, I have held many different positions from event planning to logistics, customer service, floral design, hospitality, and retail. Having broad work experience makes me a dynamic candidate for lots of positions. I have the most experience in customer service and logistics and am passionate about supply chain efficiency. I currently hold a position that exposes me to many different facets of the business. I deal with customers one-on-one via phone, email, and live chat. I handle everything from providing quotes to resolving issues with unsatisfactory products. I also oversee logistics from multiple vendors shipping throughout the country. Marketing is another facet of this position to which I contribute by creating content and scheduling social media posts as well as writing blog posts and facilitating contests and giveaways. Merchandising products for the website is another responsibility I have. Overall, I have a wide range of experience and am always eager to learn new skills.
