Bao Dang Studio is a boutique design-focused architectural studio with project industry leading experience on a range of sectors from residential, hospitality, commercial and cultural projects of various complexity, scale and locations worldwide.

- Working with Senior Partners on day to day project / client prioritised tasks.- Preparation of design presentations for Client and Consultant workshops, co-ordination meetings- Delivery of project contract milestone deliverables- Responsible for project Area Schedule- Responsibile for internal and external co-ordination of project visualisations.- Design Co-ordination with internal teams throughout project progress and milestone deliverables (Specifications, Document Control, Project Management Group, Construction Review Group and Fire Life Safety)- Design and programme co-ordination with external Teams (Structures, MEP, Aquarium Specialists, Aquatic Experience Specialist, Landscape, Lighting, AoR, Laboratory Specialist, Submersible Specialist, Geotechnical, Roads and Traffic, Facades and A+M, Public Health, Sustainability) throughout Schematic to Information for Construction of various levels and aspects of the project. - Day to day client and consultant management- Co-ordinated internally and externally to assist completion of BIM Clash Detection - Co-ordinating internally and externally to answer RFIs to ClientMy role as Associate as also required me to assist with other active projects within the Company: - Assisting project Partner on Aesthetic Review (e.g. Interior Design, Lighting, Landscaping, Facades, Mockup scopes) and weekly client and consultant team meetings during Good For Construction period.- Assisting project Partner and team on delivery of Facades and Specifictions information for Schematic Design of KSA Masterplanning Project. - Guiding team members through design, software and submission related related queries.

- International projects in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and New Delhi, India: responsibilty for various co-ordinated design and BIM output mile stone packages.- Responsible for co-ordinating project visualisations with internal and external teams. - Presentation and mock up physical modelling.- Assisted with KSA masterplanning project in Concept for large scale hospitality, retail and commercial assets. Responsibilities and achievements include working with BIM co-ordinator to set up BIM files the team, BIM modelling for both design and for Concept Drawing deliverables.

Assistance on concept design, presentation drawings to Revit documentation packages on projects within Sports and Recreation sector. Lumion renderings for commercial and sports projects.

Scholarship travelling period to Asia, Africa and South America to study sites of community design and social housing.
