• Sample Management: Oversee the sampling process, work with related departments, ensuring timely submissions.• Sourcing & Negotiation: Research and identify potential suppliers, negotiate pricing, lead time sample prepare, lead time productions.• Costing & Production Planning: Develop detailed cost breakdowns, manage production TNA, create timelines for sample development and bulk production.• Order Management: Clearly communicate order details and speci cations to suppliers and production units. Identify potential delays, coordinate with suppliers to take proactive measures to ensure on-time delivery. Controlling and solving all problems related to order’s progress.• Quality Control: Work with suppliers to ensure materials meet all quality standards and speci cations before delivery. • Monitoring Payment Requests: Ensure that payment requests are submitted accurately and in a timely manner. Communicate with account and nance departments to verify the status of payment requests and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.• Production Monitoring: Track prodution progress, manage any issues, and ensure quality meets buyer standards.• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production progress.
