As Director of Communications, I was responsible for all the studio's internal and external communications. This included our user engagement growth strategy, social media approach, and the oversight of our content creator partnership program. Under my guidance the studio achieved:◦ Formed a partnership with a 30,000+ member game community◦ Opened partnership talks with a 120,000+ member community ◦ Collaborated on videos with various content creators (avg. 60,000 views/1,000+ likes)◦ Recruited ~100 content creators into our program accumulating millions of followers across YouTube, TikTok, and TwitchAnd celebrated key milestones:◦ 12,000 new members (Total)◦ 1,500+ unique speakers (Daily)◦ 140,000+ messages sent (Weekly)◦ 8,000+ speaking minutes in voice channels (Weekly)◦ 1,200+ post reactions (Daily)

I founded the studio and laid out our vision blueprint for the future. My duties included handling product R&D, driving revenue & engagement growth, overseeing external & internal communications, setting short-term & long-term goals, and securing investments.Under my leadership the studio:◦ Diversified revenue streams into 3 key drivers, increasing revenue by 300% between Oct. & Dec.◦ Secured $30,000 in ground funding◦ Crowdfunded over $4,500 in individual investments & donations◦ Daily revenue peaked at $4,000 with 300+ monthly paying members.◦ 2,000+ paid members across lifetime sales◦ Scaled our team from 3 members to 20+ full & part-time developers, excluding external developers & administrative staff.◦ Formed two community-led (90+ members total) volunteer feedback group that allowed the studio to get detailed feedback on product development prior to a full-scaled public launch.

• Guided a team of middle school students in FIRST Lego League's Regionals competition, offering indirect support on their innovation project and robot design while fostering an environment of teamwork, creativity, and critical thinking.

• Worked on both the robot's design, and performance. This included building new tools, modifying parts of the robot, and programming it.• Created several innovation projects involving new, and upcoming technologies relating to clean, renewable energy. I was also responsible for reaching out to companies, and special-interest individual with questions relating to the tech, or scientific field.• Two-time qualifier for state championship.
