- DRUG REGISTRATION: preparing dossier submissions of variations, renewals, and new registrations to strict deadlines for domestic, import, and export products.- MEDICAL DEVICE REGISTRATION/ NOTIFICATION: taking the role of classifying, notifying, registering, and advertising domestic, import, and export medical devices class B, class C.- COSMETIC NOTIFICATION: ensuring timely on doing domestic notification and imported products; got advertising licenses (Brand: Sunplay, Hada Labo, Acnes, Oxy, Selsun, Melano CC, Flawsome, LipIce, etc.).- Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to ensure regulatory compliance for product lifecycles from development through market launch including labels, strong claims, PIF(s), safety assessment, technical support, and declarations.- Writing explanations for applications, and dispatches relating to legal matters of circulation products in Vietnam.- Updating regulatory requirements for product development; Initiate regulatory fillings aligned with business and supply needs to assure business continuity.- Actively participate in courses on professional knowledge of drug registration, regulations, and soft skills.

- Coordinating drug registration dossiers between manufacturers and registration services; preparing dossiers according to requirements to submit them on time. - Receiving feedback from DAV about the supplement of registration dossiers, approval dispatches, approval visa numbers then update the master list to follow.- Supporting followers to provide information and status of dossiers; doing business trips to Hanoi periodically to work with followers at DAV to update the actual situation and build relationships with DAV experts.- Supporting and providing related documents (MA, approved AW & PI, COA, approved extension dispatch) to Tender, Sales, and Import department.
