+ Asset Management: closely manage 10 current on-going on residential commercial real estate projects with the total land bank of 200ha.+ M&A: Perform preliminary analysis, due diligence and successful acquisition of a new USD5mil residential project in 2022.+ Project Development & Funding: - Coordinate efficiently with legal, business development, project management and finance teams to calibration and adjust development strategies. - Preapare financial modelling, feasibility studies and valuation for on-going projects. - Cooporate with CFO and Finance team to develop feasible project financial & funding structures. - Prepare project's investment approvals, information memorandum, presentations to internal (CEO, Investment Committee, Chairman) and external parties (banks, external investors)+ Market research: Conduct market research, monitor market trends, collect data and comparable products/ rates/ valuation

+ Main Product coverage: Structured Products, Alternative Investments, Financial Advisory (Debt/Equity Fundraising), M&A, Market Research.+ Sectors: Real Estate, Logistics, Infrastructure, Consumer Finance, F&B+ Main responsibilities: - Deal originating (up to $45 mil. in deal size) in various industries in Vietnam that suit the requirements of top-tier off-shore investors such as Atwater, KKR, Hana Investment, SK Group, Glenwood Capital, etc. - Prepare, review materials (research, forecasts, valuation etc.) and follow throughout the projects to maintain high-quality deliverables and ensure the workflow efficiency of the team. - Develop and maintain good relationship with buy-side, sell-side clients and other local business partners (local banks, law firms, etc.)

- Monitor proactively and conduct in-depth analyses of the covered industries andcompanies to deliver the latest insights and investment opportunities.- Maintain relationships with IR teams or management panels of companies; regularly arrange corporate access and industrial trips.- Data mining, make forecasts for business results and build valuation models- Write reports, present and host conferences for individualand institutional investors and other ad-hoc reports, datasets as requested.- Review, support and manage team members to deliver reports/presentationas scheduled at a high standard of quality.- Host internal and external workshops or seminars.
