Asia Leadership Development Network (ALDN) exists to impact emerging leaders with different spheres of influence to holistically change lives and transform communities and nations.

Gerelt App is the largest and most used Mongolian Faith based app in our community with over 15K users. We solved the problem for the local authors and publishers on making their digital books and contents accessible to their potential users, So far we have over 30+ publishers and authors work with us with their Mongolian language faith based contents. Gerelt has sold over 80K+ebooks and audios books from 120+ titles through our app.In summer 2023, we have officially launched Gerelt Publishing, this will help us make more good books and resources into Mongolian language to our community. We have partnered with Desiring God, 9Marks and other likeminded organizations.

Grow Mongolia Ethics conference's Mission is to empower Mongolian Leaders with Integrity.It is an annual two-day conference that takes place in Ulaanbaatar Mongolia. Our guest speakers are experts in the area of governmental and business ethics.

RTCP's vision is to see Chinese Society empowered and the nation blessed through the lives of returnees from all parts of the world. RTCP's mission is serving returnee ministries and promote effective collaboration.

I Helped our company developed product and service entry strategy to China. I worked with many large Chinese hospital clients and entrepreneurs across China in healthcare, financial and investment field. I have involved in setting up trade shows and marketing campaigns for our new proton therapy system. Basically I was the first employee went China with limited resource and support, started establishing relationships, advocated the product and service we were selling and looked for strategic partners within the country. I have helped provision healthcare to register and established our first office in Shanghai.

We saw the need of thousands and thousands of Chinese Christian Returnees returned back to China from Overseas and not being able to intergrade and find local faith community across China. I started sharing and casting vision for this special need among individuals and groups till we stared developing an entity to serve the need of returnees in Shanghai ChinaI Worked with Donors and International students ministry all around the world and Chinese Christian churches to aware the need and also create solutions, educational trainings to minimize the drop out.Meantime we helped leaders in other cities in China to see the vision and start to reach out to returnees. During the time of LinkedBack, I managed and worked with over dozens of volunteers

During that time with Provision foundation, I have conducted detailed market research and initiated financial and project opportunities in China and Southeast Asia.I was responsible for communicating and reporting with Chairman, CEO and Executive directors of our organization for projects related to China and Asia. I have arranged multiple field visits and business meetings for Chairman and Executive directors in Asia and also in US.

Assisted marketing manager with daily tasks and used personal skills to improve customer relationship and business opportunities for projects in northern part of China. These projects are from various industry, such as Agricultural products, ranching products, educational exchange, tourism and sourcing.
