1. Recruitment (60%)- In charge of the entire recruitment process for the 04 provinces of Eastern Region (Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Dong Nai, Binh Thuan, Lam Dong) with 120+ stores and 800+ employees.- Ensure recruitment meet the requirement of new store development and replacement for current store with monthly KPI from 50 to 80 employees (Staff level and Manager level).- Follow up and update data in all hiring online and offline system.- Making weekly, monthly reports and other request from HRM/ Deputy HRM.- Assist the EB Team in preparing and interviewing for entry-level positions at Job Fairs, Workshops with Pharmacy Schools, etc.2. Employees Relation (25%)- Key contact for new hires/current employees reach to sharing, asking for help, consulting for their job duties, relocation, benefits – rewards, etc.- Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies with Management Team.- Keep updated on employment laws and regulations, as well as other legal requirements relevant to employee management, to assist the Management Team in ensuring compliance.- Conflict managing and solving with Internal Audit, Labor Dept, Sales Management team when problems occurred.- Assurances employees go through Offboarding process with concise message and clear guidance direction to clear-off documents and pay salary in advanced.3. On - Boarding and Talent Management (15%)- Collaborating with Training Dept. and Labor Dept. for each new hire batch to process internal documents, new hires accounts, training course, etc.- Ensure that new hires understand about comapany , regulations, duties, job requirements, training duration ... via presentation at On-Boarding Session.- Providing guidelines and collecting all documents of new hires.- Responsible for the internal promotion of personnel in the region.- Closed monitoring with the Sales Management Team to ensure leadership transfer and prepare replacements hiring.

Recruitment (70%)- Ownership of South Region Recruitment (15 Restaurants, 50 – 80 Headcounts monthly from Junior to Senior level).- Sourcing, filtering and conducting interviews for qualified candidates in time.- Responsible for completing 4Ps New Projects to ensure that potential candidates are identified to meet the business objective.- Collaborating closely with the Operations Management Team to provide accurate forecasts and keep them on track.- Effectively managing recruitment process to ensure operating resources running well. - Collaboration with Agent/Vendor to have a strong ROI for new hires.- Monitoring Recruitment Teammate for recruitment branding via social media, job site, and other channels.- Making Weekly/ Monthly Recruitment Reports for HRD and highlighting issues (If any).2. “New Partners Journey”/ On-boarding (15%)- Providing guidelines and collecting all documents of new hires.- Running and improving the onboarding process better day by day.- Be a contact person for new hires to help them onboard successfully.- Enter employee data into HR system and keep employee's documents on storage.3. Employee Relation (15%)- Gain insight into employee felt and experience via an exit interview.- Assist the Operations Management Team in promotion planning and execution.- Consider & consult to promote or rotate employees in talent pool.- Take part in Employee Engagement for YEP, Holiday, New Store Open, Wellcome New Partners, ...
