Oversee and supervise the team on cash equities, corporate actions and fixed income with adherence to the highest standards of risk and control framework.

 Handling Corporate Actions of Asian Markets like (Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan,) • Set-up all the Mandatory (i.e. Stock dividend, Stock split, Bonus Issue, Bonds etc.) and Voluntary Events (i.e. Tender offer, Rights issue, Priority offer, Optional dividend, DRIP etc.) that generate Swifts i.e. MT564/MT568/MT599 to the clients. • Processing and authorizing of both Voluntary and Mandatory corporate action events.• Part of the Transitions Team went to BNY Mellon Brussels for the migration of Taiwan and Hongking markets• Working on all the Dispatch Tasks i.e. running the various reports/agenda for across locations of BNY Mellon.• Actively involved in preparation & amendment of SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedure) Documents. Handle Client Queries on all Corporate Action Events and attending weekly calls with the clients to smothen the entire transaction process, Providing management reports to highlight the status of all checks and controls in place and risks involved in the process. Assign tasks to the entire team and ensure that the BAU is completed within turnaround time. Ensure that the process documents are updated and reviewed in a regular period interval. Identification of system bugs that affect production in Corporate Action. Developing test scripts that are to be followed by team members to fix a bug UAT testing/Regression testing of events before the fix is deployed in Production Authorising/ Review of scripts before and after a testing is complete Requirement gathering from Business on new process/system improvements. Daily administration and update of Project in ALM. Liase with Business and IT to leverage their efficiencies for system improvement Daily calls with Project Manager and clientsto discuss priority activities, review and analyse test scripts and team performance

 Part of the Fixed Income Team and responsible for event reconciliation between agent and counterparty for Coupon Payments. Follow up on issues related to payables and receivables on coupon amounts. Ledger and Nostro reconciliations in TLM, for all payables and receivables. Authorizing payments after 4 eye checks for all payments released. Involved in weekly calls on discussing the weekly MIS reports for aged breaks. Adhere to the highest standards of risk and control framework. Provide Training to the new/existing employees of Deutsche Bank Group.  Actively involved in the Process Improvement.
