Current Utilized Agile Scrum practices to manage sprints focused on enhancing the customer purchase journey. Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story to ensure the development team understands what is required for successfully delivering the feature. Engaged with stakeholders and streamlined communication between clients and the IT department. Developed and prioritized epics and features, breaking them down into smaller, actionable user stories for iteration planning. Participated in feasibility and risk analysis to identify critical business areas and high-risk elements of the application. Acted as a liaison between business users and developers to communicate requirements, address changes, and resolve questions and issues. Created use case documents and utilized Draw.io to develop UML diagrams, including use case, activity, and class diagrams, to capture business process flows and workflows, supporting development and quality assurance teams in understanding requirements. Worked closely with the Product Owner to define and prioritize user stories for the Endless Aisle feature, ensuring alignment with customer-centric goals and improved retail experience. Work with the QA team to ensure that acceptance criteria are met, ensuring the Endless Aisle feature works as expected and aligns with the business needs and validate test plans and test plans. Utilized JIRA to manage the product backlog, track user stories, and monitor sprint progress, ensuring timely delivery of business value within the Agile framework.
