My design philosophy is that a designer can only grow and prosper if they have an insatiable interest in their fellow human. A constant need to find beauty in its infinite ways and an urge to make everything and all accessible to the people. The ability to translate complex concepts into appealing aesthetics is an art form in itself. All progress is for the collective because gatekeeping is for the weak, girlbossing is out and gaslighting is very much not it, sis.We all want to work with a like-minded and diverse team to get the best results out of a project. That is the one sentence we all look for in a motivational letter but lets be realistic about what I will bring to the table; Fucking Around and Finding Out.Although the term “Fuck around and find out” is used as a negative statement on the internet - This simple slogan through the lens of Design- and Brand Thinking is the core of my design process and progress. Willing to make a million assumptions, sketches, iterations and wireframes to present to the client or target group only to end up killing most of your darlings but coming back with feedback that will make the final product shed at tear because it pops, it fucks, it is giving what is suppose to give. All by fucking around and finding out.There is no space for Fomo ( the fear of missing out ) because you will make rash decisions on a fad that will be outdated by the end of the day. There is no space for Fofo ( the fear of finding out ) because nobody has been able to come up with great results by always staying in safe waters - time to get our hands dirty and there is definitely no space for Fofu ( the fear of fucking up ) because fucking up is how you find the golden nugget in the mines of design.
