Analyze and develop new strategies to comply with program guidelines as per South Florida Workforce contract stipulations. Negotiate contracts with employers that are seeking qualified candidates. Conduct onsite and offsite recruitments for employers and assist with pre-screening of applicants. Conduct performance appraisals for staff to measure effectiveness, knowledge and compliance with policy and procedures. Perform program audits on a ongoing basis and provide continued training to staff in order to expand knowledge of program and improve delivery of service. Assist with clients and staff concerns and find resolution.Oversee entire career center operations and provide direct support to center manager. Create and approve staff schedule, leave of absence requests and vacation requests. Active Member of Performance Improvement Team with South Florida Workforce.
