Milanamos is a start-up that develops innovative network planning solutions for Airlines and Airports and in order to optimize their network profitability, with data on revenue, capacity, traffic and scheduling. It aims at creating a collaborative solution allowing transport operators to address the whole multimodal transportation eco-system (airlines, bus, train..) and optimize their connections. From a business and data driven approach:¥ Develop machine learning algorithms to predict new airlines routes opportunities and simulate door to door traffic demand, revenue capacity and scheduling.¥ Collaborate with different companies to use and integrate new sources of transportation data (Global Distribution Systems, Bus operators, Train…) with open and private data and APIs.¥ Define multimodal transport strategies to facilitate the collaboration between different transport operators enabling decision making at network level and give new insights for multimodal transportation.¥ New pitch for the new multi-modal product: analysis of customer needs, strategy, value proposition and pricing, business model.
