Merchandising and buying:- Calculate seasonal OTB at the brand level- Recommend assortment and sizing purchase for top brands- Analyze sell-through & propose operational action plans- Manage stocks and discounts & provide retail results-oriented actions- Set up “sales management rituals” with the buyers and floor managers- Attend some seasonal buying sessions & involve in benchmark visitsStrategy and projects:- Forecast yearly the next P&L (Y and Y+1) & co-build the 360° strategy- Define supplier’s negotiation strategies and bargaining leverages- Reinforce existing analysis processes and set up new forecasting tools Commercial and financial analysis:- Analyze KPI’s: from turnover to gross margin (weekly, monthly, yearly)- Follow-up and appraisal commercial operations (sales and pop-up)Management:- Co-manage an intern: train, support, follow up and assess

Reporting to and interacting with GM, CFO and Marketing Director- Analyze product sales and stocks performance at store level- Set up business intelligence via social media and price check follow-up- Identify retail opportunities collecting feedbacks from store managers- Provide qualitative and quantitative information to product team- Identify training needs and prepare merchandising tools

- Analyze product sales performance (sell in & sell out) at WW level- Study and define the product assortment (core offer)- Prepare pre-showroom sales reports & attend buying sessions- Responsible for the Made To Order program
