In charge a major program of IT department I work with 20 Program Managers, most of IT head of departments and report to global CIO. I define the program rules and governance in line with the internal PMO policy. I participate and follow-up the projects by participating to the operational committees to ensure projects stay aligned with Program delivery objectives.

I work for SGCIB Lean Transformation Program as a change agent. Until April 201, I work as a Navigator. My role consists in setting up a new way of working, based on Lean Management principles, among IT development teams. Trained by Consulting Firm McKinsey on Lean Management principles, I am in charge during several waves of driving the change within a dimension (Process Efficiency, Performance Management, Organization & Skills, Minset & Behavios, Voice of Customer). I perform a diagnostic based on gathered data and shop floor observations, to design a new way of working and then to implement it. My role consists in performing workshops, analysis, synthesis, training, coaching of Managers and staff members.Starting April 2011, I start to act as a Stream Leader, which consists in leading a team of Navigators. My tasks are more global, I am coordinating the Navigators through the different steps of the Transformation journey, providing guidance on Methodology principles. I also coach the senior management level and prepare the communication to make the change.
