Hello and welcome to my profile!I am a big car/automotive enthusiast who has spend my recent years pushing my education to not only learn more but also to prepare for my journey into the automotive world and society.I have recently finished graduate school where I endeavored in a Dual Master's International Degree with the University of Windsor and Politecnico di Torino. My thesis project titled "Propulsion Thermal Management for Fuel Economy Improvement of Mild Hybrid Vehicles" was in collaboration with Stellantis. From this experience, I gained industrial knowledge in targets, deliverables and design implementation. I have spent time developing skills in HEV architecture, component sizing while focusing on making improvements on a full thermal system. On the education portion, I developed skills in research and development to meet desired thesis goals, learning and applying new automotive related courses and the ability to translate my education towards the industry.Prior to graduate school, I have achieved a BASc in mechanical engineering (automotive option) alongside a minor in mathematics. During my time as an undergrad, I covered automotive related courses such as vehicle dynamics, machine design, fluid mechanics and dynamics. For my Capstone Project, I led the Lancer Motorsports Formula SAE team where my main project focused on the structural design and testing of the chassis. I took part in redesigning and applying FEA to the chassis to meet rule requirements for crash testing and ensuring driver safety.I also hold an advanced diploma in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Product Design at St. Clair College. My years spent there allowed me to develop skills in metallurgy, structure design, CAD design including AutoCAD and Catia V5. Automotive related courses such as Brake Design, Driveline, Suspension and Steering all allowed me to explore and understand concepts, methods and applications in the real world. Lastly, a vast portion of my schooling covered courses such as mold and fixture and many plastic related material.And yes, I do own a 1972 Austin Mini which I was inspire from watching Mr. Bean when I was younger!
