I was also in charge of developing the backoffice and set the V0 of the app in early September 2014. We’ve managed to raise ENGIE internal funds in July 2015. LEANOVE is a CRIGEN (ENGIE Research & Technologies division) internal startup that aimed at accelerating the development and roll-out of digital projects (smartphone & tablet apps, web services,...). In order to achieve this, we developed live prototypes (MVP) based on the early ENGIE Business Units ideas, using design thinking, iterations and A/B testing. We mainly developed responsive HTML5 apps easily demonstrable on any kind of devices. We also developed some end-to-end IoT prototypes: from sensors data collection systems to UI. Over 2013, LEANOVE has incubated 15 projects and generated more than 1M€ of revenues.
