Protagoras is a think tank hosted by IHECS, active on issues of political and public communication. Our activities aim to shed light on the practices and discourses established in current and past political communication. We collaborate with numerous academic institutions (ULB, CELSA, FHWien der WKW, etc) and agencies or companies (GOPA Com, ICF Next, Arctik, etc).
