In the project implementing the design structure of the new citybus range URBANWAY within a team of 6 people:CAD Designs: - Established and updated a 3D assembly concept of the virtual vehicle using digital mock-up.- Designed CAD elements such as: Parts, assemblies organized with design tables, kinematics and drawings (with CATIA V5).Norms/Regulations:- Studied European norm “Euro 6”, EBSF to study the driver’s cabin (mirrors position, seats position, etc) and R107 regulation for the implementation of seats in the bus.Feasibility Studies: - Calculated weight distribution, passenger bus capacity, maneuverability regulatory testing.- Provided design and architectural solutions regarding technical specifications, manufacturing techniques, price reduction, material choice, etc in order to respond to tender from clients.CAD Analysis: - Analyzed DMU with detection of clashes (or too close running clearances) between parts- Controlled and validated different designs before manufacturing launching.Reports/Animations: - Produced results reports, various technical documentations or presentations.- Animated meetings to present analysis results and solutions with the product direction, internal technical experts (designers, electronics, coachbuilders…), suppliers, manufacturers, regulation service, maintenance and clients.Referent Position: - Adopted a position of polyvalent technical adviser on the product range and solution diversity in order to ensure that the vehicle respected a variety of criteria like: general functional dimensioning, regulation, manufacturing constraints, maintenance constraints…

- Formulated mathematical models to vibration, buckling, and flutter problems.- Implemented calculation using uncertainties and interval analysis.- Completed 2 courses: “Design against Uncertainty” and “Mechanical Vibrations”. Grade in each course A.

In a project between INRA (French National Institute for Agricultural Research) and ADIV (Technical Institute of Food meat sectors):- Analyzed meat material characteristics in order to create a mechanical model of a beef leg.- Studied elastic and hyperelastic models with linearity and nonlinearity.- Set up tests of traction and compression on material, and analyzed the results to implement a data base used in the finite element modeling of the material mechanical comportment.- Designed containment systems of a beef leg.

- Sized a landing gear system: Calculated material resistance responding to aviation standards; designed the final system and planed the fabrication.- Designed parts of an acrobatic plane prototype.
