MyDeFi is a mobile dashboard to track the DeFi (Decentralized Finance) activity of any Ethereum wallet. It was acquired by Zerion in January 2020.

Unimersiv is a platform for VR educational content allowing people to travel to historical or science places like Ancient Rome, the Acropolis of Athens or inside the human body. As the founder and CEO of the company, my role was divided around three pillars: the development of the app and content (Unity and C#), the management of the team and the general strategy of the company.· Management and Strategy : − Hired and managed a team composed of 3d artists, historians and developers to successfully release +10 VR educational experiences − Successfully raised a seed-round of $300k from Boost VC − Secured the partnerships with Facebook/Oculus, Google and Microsoft to reach agreements to feature Unimersiv’s content or be selected as launch partner · Technical Development : − Developed the Core app and the VR Experiences using Unity and C#

As a technical project manager my role was to guide the conception and development teams on the realization of +40 web-projects while respecting the specifications, timing and budget. · Project Management :- Planned, scheduled and executed all stages of conception and development of multiple web projects from initial mock-ups to release - Articulated project goals and scope and translated business needs from our clients into technical terms - Coordinated the tasks of the different teams involved in the project

Contexte : Intervention au sein d'une start-up américaine (Slangwho) de trente personnes ayant pour objectif de développer un moteur de recherche social.Missions :- Élaborations de recherches Marketing axées sur le système des SEO, son utilisation abusive ainsi que ses faiblesse. Recherches axées sur le scandale JCPenney/ Google qui a mis en avant les faiblesses de la recherche algorithmique de Google- Analyse du design existant, de ses faiblesses et proposition d'évolutions.- Création et mise en ligne d'un nouveau template Slangwho - Design de l'intégralité des pages du sites internet en utilisant le logiciel Photoshop CS5.- Travail sur l’accessibilité du site vis-à-vis des utilisateurs en optimisant l'architecture interactionnelle, l'organisation des pages et la navigation. - Développement Web de certaines pages du sites notamment la page de statistiques en utilisant le charting framework Highcharts.- Réflexion sur la stratégie d'évolution de l'entreprise en collaboration avec le CEO et CTO de l'entreprise.Environnement Technique : Adobe Photoshop CS5, Adobe Dreamweaver CS5, HTML5/CSS3, Highcharts, jQuery
