My main role at Explora Project was focused on enhancing the customer experience and improving internal team productivity.💡 ProductCollaborating with another Product Manager and the dev team, we continuously iterated, designed, and implemented changes to key pages of the Explora Project. Our goal was to enhance the overall customer experience and increase conversion rates. By identifying and prioritizing opportunities, we actively contributed to the growth of the business. Using Looker (Datastudio) and Google Analytics, I developed new dashboards, empowering the team to better monitor activities and make data-driven decisions.🧑‍💻 No CodeI held the primary responsibility for managing and maintaining all No Code tools. This involved maintaining data and automations, optimizing data quality, and building new automations using platforms like Airtable, Notion, Typeform, and Zapier. Moreover, I leveraged Google Apps Script to automate workflows and streamline document creation.Finally, I used Webflow to create some initial Landing Pages. This approach allowed us to efficiently build and test new key pages, enabling us to gather valuable insights before integrating them into the main website, if tests were successful.

Working alongside the Product, Design, and Development team, we built and launch the new FCM digital platform in September 2021.- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers, identify needs and define the initial roadmap- Define key features and ensure their completion with the team (using Agile methods ShapeUp)During the last 10 months, my main focus was on developing a new service that facilitates the sharing and management of FCM bookings via API for internal and external stakeholders. With a hands-on approach, I built and managed the roadmap, assisted in prioritization efforts, conducted data analysis, and worked closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery.

I co-founded Deverify which was a SaaS platform that helped companies easily assess Rails developers' skills during the recruiting process. During my New Zealand trip, I had the opportunity to work and volunteer in different kinds of companies:• beekeeping (Coromandel area): check the beehives' health, move them for a better honey production, add/move frames inside the hives to optimize the production• agriculture (Coromandel area): thin kiwifruits to stimulate the fruits growth• sailing and tourism (Akaroa): sail on a 1922-ketch with a captain and 2 other crew members and take care of 30 passengers, point out the wildlife and translate the speech of the captain when needed• food industry (Marlborough Sound & Christchurch): pack the goat cheeses of a family-owned cheesemaking factory and sort nuts of a family-owned business

I first join FCM to tackle an internal mission to gather and consolidate all the travel and invoice data.We built a tool that consolidates these data from 2 external sources, make them easily accessible to all the stakeholders at the company and detect and modify errors earlier in the process.We built reporting features to tackle the needs to share reports in and out of the company.With the increasing needs of client projects, we started building an interface for our clients to gather all their profiles, link them with their OBT and 3rd party tools and created our own add-ons (mission order management, loyalty cards dashboard, etc.) This was a multitenant app that let us gather all our clients on the same platform.On top of it, we built dedicated tools for the Customer Support team to let them easily manage our clients from a unique interface.My contribution to these projects was:- Management of a budget- Definition of the roadmap- Collaboration with the Design Team- Design of the user experience and specification of the tools- Management of the development team (Agile Scrum)- Reporting to the board- Relationship with clients- Technical support- Data analysis and internal reporting (MySQL)- Development in Ruby On Rails, Postgres, with Docker

APIdays Mediterranea is an independent conference about APIs, NLP and Machine Learning.
