Experience within the Core Performance team in the Paris office of Deliveroo. The team's mission is to deliver orders at the right time and at right place, providing great customer and rider experiences• Managing operations and monitoring performance with key metrics in 10+ cities recently launched • Riders Scheduling: making sure that rider fleet is being utilized in the most efficient and effective way• Carrying out projects in order to improve operations and forecasting tools• Coordinating with commercial and marketing on zones healthiness and growth opportunities• Tackling unacceptable orders and managing events that may impact operations (weather, public events)
