Since I was promoted I continued helping development teams with their processes as a scrum master, but also started working at the organisational level. - Introduced company-wide facilitation training to improve the company’s meeting culture. During 2 years, over 200 employees passed the training that improved the speed of decision-making by 30%. - Designed, introduced and delivered a company-wide feedback workshop that was passed by 200+ employees. - Launched regular open agile meetups that enhanced the HR brand and attracted new employees to the company. - Initiated an opening scrum training for new employees. This training reduced onboarding time for new members from months to just a week (including 3 days of this training). - Designed a reviewing process for some of the cross-team events which led to cancelling unnecessary ones and significantly saved engineers time. - Participated in culture fit interviews for 20+ leadership positions. I continued leading an agile transformation in the marketing department and started working closely with engineering teams as an agile coach/scrum master to introduce/improve agile practices.– Introduced a lot of agile practices, that helped with teams' work performance. As a result they started testing 3x more creative ideas in sprint and became more predictable.– I facilitated the scrum events and cross-team meetings which helped to reduce decision-making time by 20%.– I supported new teams to help them pass forming-storming stages quicker to reduce losses during the first stages.

I joined the company at its early stages as a business assistant. I worked closely with the company founders, and mainly, I was responsible for the coordination between different departments and offices. I was also an ambassador of the unique company culture (it was a flat company with strong, agile values). I participated in restructuring the marketing department and setting up agile practices there.Based on my results in the marketing department I was promoted to a junior agile coach/scrum master position.
