The future of shopping is now.I hired on as Zippin's first operations employee and led all operations including building the team from scratch, developing new processes for an emergent industry, and creating the playbooks for all aspects of launching an autonomous store. Executed successfully on every facet of global supply, physical deployment and customer support that enabled Zippin’s rapid growth while the company has become a co-leader in checkout-free technology alongside Amazon. My primary responsibilities included: -Supply Chain: A global hardware supply chain - my team managed all aspects of sourcing, procurement, contract manufacturing, warehousing and logisitics-Installation: Led Zippin employees and 3rd party contractors who led projects to deploy Zippin stores including network setup, IoT device installation, device configuration, cloud setup, end-to-end testing, and retailer training & onboarding-Tech Support: A 24/7, follow-the-sun tech support organization that proactively monitored our IoT devices and cloud systems to ensure smooth operation of Zippin's stores worldwide and managed incident response for high-severity issues-Strategic Programs: Oversaw program managers who led strategic, cross-functional programs in partnership with sales, finance, engineering, and hardware including new product introduction (NPI)

Head of Operations for Byte Foods (www.bytefoods.co). We provide fresh, healthy, delicious food to businesses in an affordable way through the use of smart, connected, RFID enabled refrigerators. I oversee supply planning, deliveries, and warehouse operations. Responsible for rollout of inventory management systems. Also a member of the executive team, helping with overall strategy for the company.

Responsible for developing 3 year forecast for refinery operation in response to changes in market demands and refinery performance. I use linear programming to optimize refinery economics and to analyze capital projects at the refinery.

I used process simulation models to design hydroprocessing units for clients who licensed hydroprocessing technology from CLG. I participated in several phases of the engineering design package including process simulation and equipment design.

-Process Engineer providing operations support for crude unit in Chevron's Richmond Refinery.-Previous assignments on catalytic reformer and sour water units.-Lead Process engineer in Distillation and Reforming business unit.

-Supervisor for a crew of 20 operators, responsible for a major division within the refinery.
