While employed by Alan’s of Boscawen my primary duties were to serve food, handle cash transaction, resolve customer complaints and handle food quality complaints. In my position as trainer I trained staff on menu knowledge, computer use, complaint resolution, restaurant procedures and rules and regulation. At the end of the training I administer test to determine server readiness and competency.

As an employee of Harbor Schools my daily routine included inventory control and ordering, mail delivery, filling, faxing, switchboard operations, auto maintenance supervision and scheduling, and general office tasks.
