Responsible for the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling related Procedures, KPI reporting, assigning SAP PM module user roles and upload Maintenance Plan and Master Data forms.Key responsibilities include;•Prepare, review, and update all the Maintenance Planning related Procedures, workflows, and forms in line with IMRS.•Assigned as a power user of PM Module and assign the user roles in SAP System.•To coordinate with EBS team for all SAP PM Module related issues.•To communicate any planning related system enhancements or SAP Tcode updates to the end users.•To conduct end user trainings related SAP Plant Maintenance & KPI.•To encode the master data forms into SAP, upon receiving the duly signed Forms from end user Specialists.•To review all Master data forms and update addition, deletion or any changes besides give recommendation for correction, if any.•To call the 90 days look ahead PMs each month in SAP as per call horizon and as per method.•To generate and share weekly/monthly KPI reports to end users, and management.•To prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reports as well as presentations related to maintenance performance.•To support any internal or external audits as representative of Central Maintenance Planning.•To comply with all the company safety procedures, regulations, and programs.

Posted at Kunnar/KPD-TAY Oil Field & Gas Processing Plant, Sindh, Pakistan in Process & Plants department. Joined during plant commissioning of modular equipment including Amine Sweetening Unit, Gas Dehydration Unit and LPG & Condensate Recovery Unit. The facility has 400 Metric Tons per day LPG production, 5000 BBLs/day condensate and 250 MMSCFD Gas processing capacity.•Responsible for overall planning and maintenance of all mechanical equipment installed at the plant with an aim of minimizing equipment downtime. •Providing assistance in resolving the issues faced by end users while using different modules of SAP including Plant Maintenance / Asset Management and Materials Management etc. •Maintenance planning, scheduling and reporting using CMMS (IBM Maximo v7.6) & ERP (SAP S/4HANA). •Develop and maintain Plant Annual Turnaround (ATA) execution plans and schedules. •Monitor the progress of ATA activities in order to ensure the tasks are completed in given timeframes. •Analyze historical data of maintenance activities and consumption patterns to formulate strategies for the control, identification, procurement and management of inventory levels of overall plant equipment' spares and related consumables. •Participation in budget inputs and assistance in the implementation of the approved budget to achieve section objectives. •Ensure that all maintenance work is compliant with the relevant regulatory and safety guidelines. •Assistance in the implementation and compliance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications.
