'Taasuka Shava' is a nationwide government program that combines all services in the field of employment of people with disabilities, both for the job seeker and for the employer. The program is designed to provide the employee and the employer with all the tools to overcome the existing obstacles in order to enable equal and rewarding employment of people with disabilities, for the mutual promotion of the employee and the employer and for the benefit of society in Israel.To achieve this goal, ''Taasuka Shava'' provides the job seeker and the employer with a variety of services nationwide and free of charge, including professional advice and training, appropriate training for the employee and supervisors in the workplace, individual assistance and guidance for each employee up to one year from the beginning of employment.
