- Advise entities on mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy and capital raising.- - Advising clients in the development and execution of their real estate investment strategies.- Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparable, and research.- Preparing investment memorandums, business plans, financial projections and present to prospective buyers.- Conducting roadshows and marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers.- Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals.- Negotiating exclusive listing agreements, and purchase and sales agreements.- Participating in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops.- Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trend.

- Ensure creation of investment products in line with the customer’s needs and business strategy with focus on real estate investment. - Supervises preparation of product programs, prospectuses, terms and conditions and obtain internal and regulatory approvals for launching new products. - Reviewing the products developed for funds and ensuring that new products are designed depending upon market appetite, sustainability and profitability to meet company expectations. - Regularly meet international product providers to acquire market intelligence and new product ideas. - Ensure that all products comply with the regulations of CMA and are in line with company policies and procedures. - Review and evaluate proposals from third parties for co-branded products. - Develop profit plan projections by assessing product demand, supply factors etc. - Plan and share product design life cycle with division heads / stakeholders - Set and review product characteristics to meet market demands - Review and update the documentation of all products and advise changes where appropriate to conform to statutory and regulatory changes. - Review manuals for all new products that provides end to end information on product use, applicability, characteristics and CMA compliance - Ensure that all product and process manuals, investment product enhancements / new products are up-to-date and complies with CMA rules, regulations and requirements

- Investment management and board membership of 4 real estate development funds with a value of $5 billion located in Khobar, Bahrain, Dubai and London. - Structuring of various investment funds and leading the private placement programs resulting in successfully raising SR200m+ of investments.- Leading a value –based negotiations and due diligence of investment opportunities in real estate, education, hospitality, retail, media and transportation for a leading private equity firm.- Strategic and financial planning for a leading education group focusing on reaching a significant reduction of educational and non-educational costs, improved operational performance leading to improved EBITDA.- Re-organization of a leading family business away from a country-driven towards a product driven MENA organization model: significant top-line improvement.- Strategy development, detailed risk analysis and turn-around of a leading paints factory, implementing LEAN operational improvement and expansion strategy, focusing on reduction of duplicate procedures, set-up of an efficient procurement organization, establishment of revenue management.- Pre-IPO preparation of a leading industrial group including conversion to joint stock company, development of due diligence, business plan, valuation, feasibility study and both legal and corporate governance structure.- Advice & spearhead organizational assessment and diagnosis for medium and large enterprises implementing novel category management approach, building people/system capabilities resulting in significant performance improvement and productivity increase. - Development of corporate and family governance structures putting together policies, procedures, authority matrices and business plans.- Conceptualisation and set-up of various new companies/projects in industrial, real estate, health care, technology and investment banking working directly with the founders/top management.

- Member of the team, advising a major real estate developer in strategic review, restructuring operations, and SR 5 billion fund raising. - Hands-on experience in the development of business strategies, policies and procedures manuals for organizations as part of pre‐IPO preparations. - Drafting corporate governance policies & procedures and its implementation plans as well as conducting induction programs for family businesses.- Developing family charters for two family groups spanning organization structures, job descriptions, authority matrices, roles and responsibilities.
