●Assessment and rehabilitation of buildings affected by Beirut blast.● conducting the required assessments using survey123, these assessments includes, but are not limited to Cash For Rent (CFR), MSNA, technical assessments, ● Following up with contractors on construction work and assessing the job done.●Filing reports to the line manager, preparing daily and weekly reports.●Teaming up with partner NGOs (Delta, Lebrelief …) on Beirut rehabilitation project in Achrafieh, Burj Hamoud districts (Nov.2020-Present).●Working at the FSL department with MSNA distribution to different areas including refugee camps at Save the Children.

A- The full design and construction of a 3 story residential building at Jadra along with all structural, MEP, and finishing elements. B- Waterproofing and rehabilitation of the main Electriciti de Liban building at Mar Mkhaiel, my key responsibilities were:● Managing formans and subcontractors according to the designated timelines ● Reviewing the compatibility between the applied work and design drawings provided by the consultant ● Cost Estimations, including materials,labors, and transportation in addition to filling out tender documents and applying the Bids to UNRWA, EDL (electricite du liban), UNDP● Calculating On-Site quantities for the tender items● Preparing structural design for sensitive building elements, and providing detailed technical drawings wherever necessary
