• Consulting by performing business analysis for Co-workers and demonstrating how to empower their businesses with SAP solutions and other software.
• Provide proactive support for Co-workers.
• Configuring different ERP customization, including (Approval Cycles, Alerts, User Defined Fields, queries for User Defined Values, and blocking Stored Procedures) to all various ERP Business One modules.
• Data modeling through developing SQL stored procedures, functions, and views. As well as developing reports using Crystal Reports Designer, and Dashboards & KPIs using Microsoft Power BI.

• Develop and execute manual testing to validate and measure quality.
• Execute test plans and create test reports to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.
• Implementing software solution in accordance with clients’ HR policies and/or newly designed policies to be built and implemented on the software to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Delivering clients’ specifications and requirements to software development team
