Team size: 5In my role I continued my commitment towards building best in calls consultancy solutions for our clients, but widened my scope to cover talent management solutions. This included providing consultancy on talent identification practices, organization design, succession and retention strategies and more!

Team size: 5 As the Head of Leadership Solutions I managed the development, implementation, delivery and evaluation of Leadership development activities for executive, managers (high, middle and front), and individual contributors to support clients business objectives. My mission was to deliver solutions that accelerate business, team and leader productivity and performance. I acted as a trusted consulting partner to my key stakeholders, HR heads and business units to design and deliver solutions from the requirements phase through pilot/implementation, rollout, evaluation and revision phases, making sure to use the best practices, latest trends and technologies in that front.

As Regional Programme Manager I was in charge of identifying the skills, knowledge, information and attitude gaps of my targeted audience, and design the best learning experiences that would bridge this gap, based on instructional design theories, practical, pragmatic, scientific methods and best practice processes from the L&D field. I took ownership of designing learning solutions for broad learning events and strategies that incorporated many approaches, I also provided specialized program consultation and management mostly in the area of Leadership.I was lucky to be exposed to diverse industries and practices, and widened my network of connections among the region! My role included: Program and project Management, Assessment Centers design and delivery, faculty and clients relations, and extending expert opinion and support to business development team to be well equipped with knowledge and tools they need to demonstrate our services value to the clients in every intervention!

Team size: 4In this role I was looking after HR development activities in Umniah including Learning and development, performance management, organization development and career management.Assisted the company in designing and implementing organization development interventions to bridge competency gaps among my colleagues, and improve their commitment and alignment to the company’s goals and vision. I worked on business-specific strategic imperatives that focused on assessing and diagnosing organizational needs, driving change, and delivering best-in-class training and development solutions to support the business strategy.
