- Leading 4 creative teams of Cinematographers, Animators, and Video Editors in Abwaab, parallel with Darsak Platform 1.0 & 2.0, while Covid19 Loockdown had a Cinematographers & Editors Teams total of over 50 employees.- Creating guidelines for Abwaab Inc. for Content Department & Creative Department for all possess from onboarding Teachers to publish lessons on the platform.- Creating a structured Workflow for the Content Development and Creative Department.- Creating a Data Flow, backups plan, and structure for over 2 Terabytes daily on around 30 Terabytes monthly.- Supervision and implementation for Building 16 Studios with full Setup of boards, lighting equipment, cameras, and microphones.- Supervision and implemented 20 supercomputer units and setup all editing and animation software. - Produced and created over 13,000 educational content lessons with incredible enthusiastic Teams for the Jordanian students in collaboration with MOE on the Darsak platform and over 10,000 Original educational lessons for Abwaab's Jordan & Iraq platform.- Created a complete training, criteria choosing, terms, and guidelines for teachers.- Training over 130 teachers to provide lessons with storytelling skills and presenting new ways of education and academic skills in front of the camera.
