Part of People & Change team, responsible of Commercial Training & Communication to foster Omnichannel Customer Engagement Transformation at Lundbeck.- Assess Lundbeck commercial training models worldwide & identify development opportunities and training needs across the commercial organization- Define training operating model between HQ/Markets to adopt and localize training strategy and content- Develop and execute on global training strategy & plan

A part of Lundbeck Global Customer Engagement team, responsible to manage and implement Global Digital In-Field solutions in Lundbeck affiliates worldwide• Lead, Plan, Coordinate, and follow up CRM projects implementation• Stakeholders Management with Global affiliates and external partners• Launch Veeva CRM in different regions ( MAC, BAC, BAUC, Iberia, SEA, AustraliaFrance)• Launch Remote detailing and Emailing tools in 45 countries ( EU, APAC and LATAM)• Launch Global and local BI solutions dashboards to track KPIs• Manage integration between CRM and different platforms ( Data sources, BI & AItools, Events platforms, Concur etc)• Maintain and evolve Lundbeck Content Management System (Vault PromoMats)• Implement Change Management & provide trainings on new digital solutions• Enhance countries best practice sharing by leading regular meetings with affiliates

Implement Multichannel Digital Transformation & Change Management at Amgen France- Roll out multichannel tools for all Amgen portfolio (e-Detailing, Rep Email, Remote Detailing, Marketing Automation Platform, Webinar)- Manage migration of multichannel tools, materials and process to a new CRM (Veeva)- Cross functional collaboration with EU-HQ, Marketing, CRM, Compliance and legal departments to implement and deliver multichannel projects.- Train Marketing, medical and salesforce teams to master the usage of multichannel tools and platforms- Analyze multichannel performance and solve issues- Coordinate ACE program (Accelerating Customer Engagement) between SME, Training, HR and BU to optimize customer interactions and experience.

Coordinate the scientific training for Reps and District Managers on Amgen products.• Create training materials and knowledge assessment in close collaboration with the medical, marketing and legal departments.• Update the training content of mature products.• Monitor the creation of modules with external vendors.• Contribute to continuous improvement of new pedagogical training methods.

In-vivo evaluation of marketing claims indicated on cosmetic products• Manage & execute products efficacy studies (Skin care and Hair care studies).• Contact volunteers and Recruit the competent candidates.• Conduct biometric measurements using different In-Vivo instruments. • Run statistical tests and analyze the final results.• Close collaborate with the marketing department to update Bio-EC laboratory catalogue.
