The Scanning Lead is responsible for troubleshooting equipment as well as resolving pass issues that may occur in our lift lines while also leading a team of scanners throughout their daily duties. This position worked closely with guests on a daily basis, so therefore, it required someone who puts Guest Services as their highest priority. A few additional responsibilities included: • Overseeing employees during the opening and closing duties within the Scanning Department.• Elevating the Guest Experience by personalizing Scanning Operations at the lifts.• Establishing priorities, working independently or within a group, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

While at ACE I was a canopy tour guide, river guide, and marketing assistant. Guest satisfaction is always at the forefront of these positions, along with guest safety.
