Lead a drama production team to ensure the quality of storylines, resulting scripts and audio to align with the organizational strategy all along the production process, from ideation, structure creation, recording, editing and airing the radio drama.

Lead the Editorial team to create content for various media platforms including but not limited to radio, magazine, and digital platforms.

Manage young Ni Nyampinga multimedia journalists and lead content development process including but not limited to generating ideas, creating content, writing scripts, and finding interviewees.

Supporting in production of radio program for teenager girls. I have been an asset in bringing this program to fruition. Specifically, I have been tasked with training the young journalists, coordinating off-site interviews, and supporting them during their weekly production.
